EDA Board of Directors
As a not-for-profit corporation, the EDA has a set of corporate by-laws that governs the operation of the association. Among other strategic and operational considerations, the EDA by-laws outline:
- the eligibility requirements and privileges of EDA membership
- the roles, responsibilities and authority of directors
- the roles, responsibilities and authority of board executives
- the roles, responsibilities and authority of EDA Councils and Districts.
The EDA by-laws are approved and ratified by the membership. The EDA By-laws, Guidelines and Terms of Reference document was last updated in March 2022.
