SUBMISSIONS TO THE ONTARIO ENERGY BOARD

Ontario’s LDCs need a regulatory framework flexible enough and nimble enough to accommodate advances in technology and new business opportunities. The EDA works closely with the OEB – and more recently with the Government of Ontario’s OEB Modernization Review Panel – to advocate for a modern, flexible regulatory framework that allows LDCs to optimize opportunities and effectively meet evolving customer demands.
